What do you think of Lerner & Loewe and Rogers & Hammerstein?

Something to note...

Lerner (lyricist) - American (b.NYC) + moved other places (England, Connecticut US, and the college Harvard in Massachusetts by Boston and Juilliard in NYC for music composition)

Loewe (composer) - Jewish father, Viennese father & mother, born in Berlin, Germany

Rogers (composer) - German-Jewish American family (b.NYC)

Hammerstein (lyricist) - American, (b.NYC) Jewish/German father & Scottish+English mother
